The terms that govern your use of Rumpelstiltskin Dance, our AI dance video service

Rumpelstiltskin Dance is operated by Wang Kang, an individual operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China ("we", "us", "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rumpelstiltskin Dance, an AI-powered service that turns a photo you upload into a short dance video, available at rumpelstiltskindance.app (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You upload a photo, choose a role (Rumpelstiltskin or the Girl) and a resolution, and the Service generates a short video in which the person from your photo performs that role in a dance scene. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service product delivered over the internet.
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Credits are added to your account immediately after confirmed payment. Due to this immediate digital delivery, the refund limitations in Section 7 apply.
Videos are generated with third-party AI models: Google Nano Banana (Gemini image editing) creates an image of you in the chosen role, and Wan 2.2 Animate animates it. Both are accessed through the WaveSpeed AI platform. Uploaded photos and generated images are checked with WaveSpeed's image content moderation model. Service performance and availability may be affected by the operational status of these providers.
All videos produced by the Service are AI-generated and are labeled as such in the Service. When you share a video, you must not present it as real footage of the person shown.
You need an account to generate videos. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@rumpelstiltskindance.app of any unauthorized use of your account. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in one-time credit packs; there are no subscriptions. Generating a 480p video uses 1 credit and a 720p video uses 2 credits. New accounts registered with Google receive 1 free credit. Current packs and prices are listed on our pricing page.
If a generation fails, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically.
Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, which collects payment, issues invoices, and settles on our behalf. Payment card data is handled by Waffo Pancake and never stored on our servers.
Each credit pack purchase is a one-time transaction. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge of the amount displayed at checkout. We do not charge you automatically or on a recurring basis.
Where required by law, applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout by Waffo Pancake.
Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after that period without refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If your account is terminated (by you or by us), unused credits are retained for 30 days following termination, then expire without refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable after credits have been used. The following exceptions apply:
When a refund is issued, the credits from the refunded pack are removed from your account. See our Refund Policy for details. To request a refund, email support@rumpelstiltskindance.app with your account email and transaction ID.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us at support@rumpelstiltskindance.app before disputing it with your bank. We respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission to use their likeness. You must confirm this each time you generate a video. You remain responsible for the photos you upload.
By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to deliver the Service, including sending it to the AI and moderation providers listed in Section 2.3. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
Subject to these Terms and to the rights of third parties in the dance scene, you may use the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.
AI-generated videos may contain errors, distortions, or likeness inaccuracies. We do not guarantee any specific result.
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must NOT use the Service to:
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and forfeit the credits of accounts terminated for serious violations.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund your unused credits. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@rumpelstiltskindance.app so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full effect.
