Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Rumpelstiltskin Dance, operated by Wang Kang ("we", "us"), lets you turn a photo into an AI-generated dance video. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to every photo you upload and every image and video generated through the Service, and explains our content standards, moderation, reporting, and enforcement. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy covers:

• Photos you upload to generate a video.
• AI-generated images created from your photo.
• AI-generated videos delivered to you, including when you download or share them.

2. Consent: Only Use Photos You Have the Right to Use

Before every generation you must confirm that the photo is of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission to use their likeness. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, of public figures or celebrities, or of anyone under 18.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or share any of the following six categories of content:

1. Pornography / NSFW content: nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material.
2. Violence / gore: graphic violence, injury, or content that glorifies violence.
3. Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM): any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way, or any photo of a minor.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: videos of real people made without their consent, content that impersonates a real person, public figure, or brand, or content presented as real footage to deceive viewers.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: photos or content you don't have the rights to, including copyrighted characters, logos, or other people's images.

3.1 Zero Tolerance

The following lead to an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities: child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes of real individuals.

3.2 Other Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, bullying, defaming, or threatening others with generated videos.
• Using videos for fraud, scams, or misinformation.
• Removing or hiding the AI-generated label, or passing a video off as real footage.
• Trying to bypass our content moderation or security measures.

4. Content Moderation

We moderate content at several stages:

• Uploaded photos: every photo is automatically checked with WaveSpeed's image content moderation model for sexual content, sexual content involving minors, violence, hate, and harassment before any credits are charged. Photos that fail are rejected.
• Generated images: the AI-generated image of you in the chosen role is checked with the same model before it is animated. If it fails, the generation is stopped and your credits are returned.
• Model safeguards: the AI models we use (Google Nano Banana and Wan 2.2 Animate) apply their own built-in safety filters.
• Consent confirmation: you must confirm you have the right to use the photo before each generation.
• Human review: reported content is reviewed by a person.
• Records: we keep moderation results and reports for up to 1 year to enforce this Policy and handle appeals.

We review and update our moderation rules regularly. Automated moderation is not perfect; you remain responsible for what you upload and share.

5. Reporting

If you see a video made with our Service that violates this Policy, including a video of you made without your consent, please report it:

• Email: support@rumpelstiltskindance.app with the subject "Content report"
• Include the video link or a description, and why it violates this Policy. If you are the person shown, tell us so we can prioritize removal.

Reporter identities are kept confidential. Knowingly false reports may lead to action against the reporter.

If you believe we made a mistake, email support@rumpelstiltskindance.app with the subject "Appeal" within 14 days of the action. We review appeals within 10 business days.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Policy.
