Refund Policy

When you can get a refund for Rumpelstiltskin Dance credit packs

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Rumpelstiltskin Dance sells one-time credit packs; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically. No request is needed.

Unused credit packs

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used.

Used credits

Credits that have been used to generate videos are generally not refundable, because each generation has a real processing cost. If you're unhappy with a result, contact us and we'll review your case individually.

Billing errors

Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.

Statutory rights (EU / UK / Australia)

If you are a first-time purchaser in these regions, your 14-day right of withdrawal is preserved. It is waived once you start using the credits, which you agree to when you generate your first video.

Expired credits

Credits are valid for 1 year from purchase. Expired credits are not refundable.

How refunds work

  • Email support@rumpelstiltskindance.app with your account email and the transaction ID from your receipt.
  • We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Waffo Pancake.
  • When a refund is issued, the credits from the refunded pack are removed from your account.
