2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google, or your name, email, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register with email.
• Photos you upload: the photo you upload to generate a video. Photos show your face and may be considered biometric or sensitive data in some jurisdictions; we use them only to generate the video you request.
• Generated content: the AI-generated character image and video produced from your photo.
• Purchase information: the credit packs you buy, amounts, and transaction IDs. Your card details are entered on the checkout page of Waffo Pancake and are never received or stored by us.
• Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests and content reports.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, used to keep the Service secure and working.
• Usage data: generations you start, their status, and your credit balance and transactions.
• Moderation records: the results of automated content checks on your photos and generated images.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service: generate your videos, show your history, and manage your credits.
• To process payments and refunds through Waffo Pancake.
• To keep the Service safe: content moderation, preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy.
• To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the Service:

6. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored at long, unguessable links; anyone you share a video link with can view it. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, where required by law.

7. Data Retention

• Photos, generated images and videos: kept while your account is active so you can access your history, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete them or delete your account.
• Account information: deleted within 30 days after you delete your account.
• Purchase records: kept as long as required for tax and accounting obligations.
• Moderation records and content reports: kept for up to 1 year to enforce our policies and handle appeals.

8. Your Data Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@rumpelstiltskindance.app. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Marketing & Opt-Out

We may send you occasional product updates by email. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us. Essential messages about your account and purchases are not affected.

10. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and photos of minors must not be uploaded. If you believe a child has provided us information or appears in uploaded content, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service links to third-party services, such as the Waffo Pancake checkout. Their own privacy policies apply to your use of them.
